Previews will be generated where applicable (previews are supported across all Adobe’s file types and all image based/video file types).
MyAssets provides a drag and drop bulk upload tool that can be installed into your system to make the upload process easy. From single file ad-hoc uploads to uploads in the hundreds of assets - it can all be done painlessly within the application.
All files are stored securely in the Cloud with Amazon’s Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3) – an object storage service that offers industry leading scalability, data availability, security and performance. Files are constantly backed up/versioned, with total flexibility around viewing permissions by user and user roles. When uploading new files, new versions are automatically created and we’ve also made it simple to restore files in instances of accidental deletions. Security requirements are or paramount importance to us – we provide for storage options in various regions around the world catering to our specific client needs
For ease of use, your assets can be ordered by folder hierarchy – just as you would in organising your desktop – or they can be organised and searched by tag.
Filtering can be executed by tag or by any metadata attached to the file that assists in the organisation. Image description, product data, photographer details, royalty information, model usage rights, or countless other descriptions and metadata will assist in efficient filtering and with asset previews on image and video files together with custom tagging fields, we get you to the right asset faster.
Assets can be sorted and resorted easily by load time, tag or metadata to assist with search functionality.
All these functions are managed through CSV, allowing you to download assets within a folder or within the whole system as a spreadsheet, change any attribute on them and reupload, with the changes applied in bulk.
You can add any meta data or tag field you like to an asset or a set of assets and all this information is search indexable.
The system allows editing access on assets for particular users/user groups or roles within your organisation. Additionally, you can set assets to require an approval workflow before allowing access to monitor use and prevent incorrect usage.
Any set of assets can be created into a group that can be shared with its own limited access external to the system.

Folders can be marked by assets to be private or public or available tocertain user groups or not. Folders can be set up for internal use (for membersof your team), while a public folder can be established for outside parties –media outlets/PR etc.
We set up SSL Certificates for all our URLs that point to it, to ensure encryption in all transfer between MyAdbox and our clients.
All content created in the system through MyAdbuilder is captured by our powerful analytics/reporting functionality, including all Assets managed/uploaded/downloaded through MyAssets. Media usage is also tracked, providing you with a granular understanding of how your network users are accessing the system, what they’re creating and where they’re sending final content.
MyAdbox platform analytics provides detailed information about which assets have been downloaded and the region in which they’re the asset is being used, yielding a strong understanding of asset management priorities. Analysis of all User activity – including engagement, log ins/log outs etc - is also tracked.
A Rights Management Agreement can be loaded against Assets forcing agreement acceptance prior to download. There are validation fields including terms and conditions of use that the user needs to complete to authorise the download, and it’s possible to add Rights Management documentation within this authorisation.
This feature is ideal for specific campaign periods and Rights Managed deadlines. All assets can have a start and end date making them visible for download between those dates for certain types of users. Some users can be given permission to see all assets at all times.
We can set up assets to have an approval workflow depending on how a head office may wish the asset to be controlled. Users within the platform also have the ability to request access on assets that they don’t have immediate access to.
