For ease of use, your campaigns can be ordered by folder hierarchy - for example, by brand/retail/sponsorship or product – just as you would when organizing your desktop. Alternatively, they can be organized and searched by tag. We can also visually represent your content by campaign or by media type in any way you wish.
Filtering can be executed by tag or by any metadata attached to a template that helps you to organize the build process.

Our Single Sign On authentication via Security Assertion Markup Language streamlines how you interact with the platform, simplifying login and enabling you access to the MyAdbuilder system with single identity management.
Folders can be marked by assets to be Private or Public, or available to certain user groups. Folders can be set up for internal use (for members of your team), while a Public folder can be established for outside parties - media outlets/PR etc.
We set up SSL Certificates for all our URLs that point to it, to ensure encryption in all transfer between MyAdbox and our clients.
The wonderful thing about the powerful MyAdbuilder system is that it puts the power of ad creation into the hands of end users. The reality is that they'll also be juggling other challenges through their working day. So it's likely that midway during creating content in MyAdbuilder, they may be called away to take on another task. With MyAdbuilder, it's simple to pause your work at any stage in a content build and the template will automatically save as a draft that can be edited and completed later.
Once content has been finalized and approved within the platform, it becomes available to place. Depending on the media type, ‘Where’, ‘When’, ‘Size’ and ‘Booking’ details can be entered. Final approved content can be downloaded and dispatched by the user directly or they can upload a media plan dynamically and arrange for dispatch via our customer service team.
A Rights Management Agreement can be loaded against Assets forcing agreement acceptance prior to their use within MyAdbuilder. There are validation fields including terms and conditions of use that the user needs to complete to authorize the use of an asset, and it’s possible to add Rights Management documentation within this authorization.
This feature is ideal for specific campaign periods and Rights Managed deadlines. All campaigns loaded into MyAdbuilder can have a launch and expiry date making them visible for content creation between those dates for certain types of users.
We can also set user profiles up with different levels of visibility and access to embargoed, current or expired content.
We can set up MyAdbuilder to have an approval workflow depending on how a head office may wish the content creation process to be controlled. Users within the platform also have the ability to request access to campaigns and specific templates that they don’t have immediate access to.
You can have as many layers of approval as required all the way down to individual bespoke approval workflows for specific pieces of content.
You can load Rights Management documentation and Usage Terms and conditions separately for assets that can be called into MyAdbuilder – and these can form part of the download workflow.

All content created in the system through MyAdbuilder is captured by our powerful analytics/reporting functionality, including all Assets managed/uploaded/downloaded through MyAssets. Media usage is also tracked, providing you with a granular understanding of how your network users are accessing the system, what they’re creating and where they’re sending final content.
